Q:What´s your MOQ and Minimum order amount?
A:MOQ of 1000 pcs/item, and MOA is $2000.accept small order after discuss.
Q:How much and how many days for the samples?
A:If existing, free samples about 1~2 days. If customized, sample cost based on product,and about 7~10days sample time.
Q:Why do you charge sample fee?
A:We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and other customized technology, and we need to pay our designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say "ok, it is perfect".
Q:Do you have a competitive price?
A:Of course. If you do not have a try, you will not know it. It´s also why we can do this business long years.
Q:How long about your production time?
A:Based on different items, Usually about 30~40days.
Q:How will I know you received my order?
A:You will receive an email confirming that the order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check that the email address in the order is entered correctly or contact us directly by phone.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:Our factory has 10 years experiences. and we will have QC check the quality in process also final inspection before goods send out , make sure the quality is good.
Q:May I have a look at your catalogue?
A:Certainly, you just need to contact us to fill in your favorite products and leave a contact information, we will send it to your mailbox in the first time.
Order steps:
1.Feel free to send us inquiry with request details—we will reply professional inquiry within 1 hour.
2.Confirm the price,specification of order,logo artwork,lead time,payment term etc.
3.Make really sample for approve.
4.Confirm really sample and make deposit as agreed.
5.Start order with bank receipt of deposit.
6.Send more photos to client during production,make sure that client know each step.
7.Inspecate & test the order quality,send end production photos to client.
8.Delivery order and get the rest payment as agreed.
9.Make sure client get the order and acceapt the quality.
10.Start after-service.
